Dr. Vagon "The Health Train"
Doctor Vagon , the Health Train started operations in May 2014, as an initiative of the Grupo Mexico Foundation; and with the support of Ferromex, the train travels the country carrying specialized physicians. The 11-car train is set up as a mobile clinic, with doctors' offices, labs, specialty areas, a pharmacy, dorms, and a cafeteria for the physicians offering free health services to isolated communities.
